Conference Planner
Plan a multi-session, multi-zone schedule
A run of sessions with their lengths and breaks, laid out in order, and then repeated in every attendee zone so nobody has to do the conversion themselves.
Questions people ask
The things that come up about conference planners, answered plainly.
How do I publish a schedule for a global audience?
Fix the schedule in one zone, then publish the conversions alongside it — which is what this page produces. Publishing only UTC is technically unambiguous and practically ignored.
How much break time should I build in?
The page totals session time against wall-clock time so the ratio is visible. A day with 90% session time is a day nobody can follow past lunch.
