The seven categories
Every one of them is a real skill you can use while staring at a log file.

Seconds, millis, micros or nanos? Judge it by magnitude alone.
Go the other way: pick the timestamp for a given date.
Four values in four different formats. Which one came first?
Same instant, different clocks. Convert between cities.
Leap years, month lengths and calendar edge cases.
Epoch history, overflow cliffs and time-zone folklore.
Scoring
Speed and streaks both compound.
- Each question is worth 50 to 150 base points, weighted by how hard its category is.
- Answering with time left adds up to 60% of the base as a speed bonus, scaled linearly.
- Every consecutive correct answer adds a 15% multiplier, capping at 2.5× after ten in a row. One miss resets it.
- Let the clock run out and you get nothing — but you still get the explanation.
- Press 1–4 to answer and Enter to advance. Much faster than the mouse.
