How many hours is full time?
There is no universal figure. The US uses 30 hours a week for ACA purposes and 40 by convention; the UK typically 35 to 40; the EU caps the average at 48. The page just totals what you enter.
Should breaks be paid?
It depends where you are. Short rest breaks under 20 minutes are generally paid under US federal rules; a bona fide meal period of 30 minutes or more generally is not. The page treats breaks as unpaid unless you set them to zero.
